If you ask a child 12 year old where water comes from, they will surely tell us that the kitchen faucet or shower. Knowing the whole process of water management is the first step to sensitize the youngest of our population about responsible water consumption.
Sedif, the consortium Water from France, launched the campaign "Water Secrets" which ran for five years, through 144 municipalities around Paris between 2007 and 2012.
The campaign was directed mostly at school children over 10 years old. Monday to Friday, the mobile unit, in which the campaign was developed, entertained school groups through interactive features, such as games and experiments including management of water processes from its origin until it reaches their homes. The goal: to raise awareness about responsible consumption of water.
The campaign took advantage of weekends in order to serve to the general public.
