The goal of this campaign was to improve financial literacy of citizens. This roadshow toured 18 cities and reached more than 300,000 citizens.

Bank transactions are becoming more and more difficult nowadays, due to the creation of new more complicated financial products, and the digitalization of banking .... How to help customers connect, in a direct and simple way to the bank? By creating a unique experience and bringing it directly to where these bank customers are.

Some of the things these 300,000 people learned throughout the Roadshow campaign how to use the Near Customer Care Points PAC (Near Point care) with a 3D simulation; conduct transactions or operations over the Internet with the help of an expert; learn how to carry out these transactions safely using a mobile application

This Roadshow accomplishes two things, increasing the band´s visibility and generating customer loyalty by becoming a preferred option for potential clients.
